chocolate moist cake


ingredients 
->method  A:

  • 250g butter
  • 250g self raising flour (bluekey)
  • 350g caster sugar
  • 6 egg (room temperature)
->method B:

  • 1 cup of coco powder
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of water

directions:

1. get all the method B together put in a source pan. 
2.stir gently and put on low fire.
3. keep it boil and put off the fire.
4. next is method A.
5.put together butter and caster sugar in a bowl.
6. mix it with medium speed.
7. after that add the an egg one by one.
tips; make all egg together before add one.
8. then put the flour cross up with the coco source.
until it finish.
9.then baked into oven with 180 c. 45 minuets. 
10. it makes 2 cake. 30 inches round.
11. for better.. use ganache icing (cooking chocolate+whip cream+ butter=cook double boiler )
 have a try it. n good luck.
